This arrangement manages to be both simple and crowded at the same time, and may be a problem at lower screen resolutions – mostly a thing of the past, but if you are stuck with an older monitor, it’s something to take into consideration. One of the biggest targets that a character generator must achieve is that the mechanics and maths are all correct. The help menu is well laid out and easy to follow, though I found myself not needing to use it all that often. Each item has a window that can be brought up to describe the mechanics of the item in question, making decisions and understanding the mechanical applications easy.
